Hunting field turkeys can be quite different than hunting turkeys that are hanging out in the woods.  Actually, most of the time, they are the same exact turkeys.  They just have dual personalities - a woods personality and a field personality, and we have to keep those differences in mind when we are chasing turkeys this spring.
